A glance on Persia in 12 days
Day 1
After arriving to Tehran Airport, You would be transferred to your hotel. After having your breakfast, a full day city tour of Tehran starts to explore the main highlights of Tehran including Golestan palace, The archeological section of the national museum, Crown jewels museum and Milad tower.
Day 2
Early in the morning, we depart from Tehran to Abyane village.
Through the way, we have a stop at Kashan to visit its main highlights including Fin garden, Sialk hill and Boroujerdi house. Afterwards, we continue the way to Abyane village to enjoy its great landscapes and atmosphere.
Day 3
After a morning walk in the village, we depart for Yazd via Nain and Maybod.
In Nain, we will visit its famous Jami mosque and also its ethnography museum.
Later in Maybod, we have the chance to learn more about Desert urban architecture including its great citadel, Ice supply, Caravanserai, and Pigeon towers.
Then we continue our way to Yazd.
Day 4
Today we are going to have a full day city tour of Yazd, the main hub for Zoroastrians in Iran.
to visit the main highlights of the city including Dakhme (towers of Silence), Fire temple, Kabir Jami mosque, Fahadan neighborhood, Amir Chakhmaq square and Water museum.
In the evening, will pay a visit to Dowlat Abad garden.
Day 5
Early in the morning, we start driving to Shiraz. Taking this drive will allow us to have the possibility of paying a visit to the remains of Pasargadae as one of the capitals of Persian empire and also the tomb of Cyrus the great.
Day 6
A full day city tour of Shiraz is planned for today to visit the main highlights of the city of Shiraz including Nasirol Molk mosque which is also famous as the pink mosque because of its fantastic pink tile works, Narenjestan Qavam, Citadel of Karimkhan Zand, Pars museum, Vakil Bath and Bazaar, Eram Garden and the mausoleum of Hafiz.
Day 7
Today we are going to explore the Ceremonial palaces of Achaemenids in Persepolis, and then we have the chance to pay a visit to Naghsh-e Rostam and Naghsh-e Rostam to learn more about Ancient believes of Achaemenid and Sassanid dynasties in Iran.
Driving back to Shiraz, we will have a photo stop at Quran gate and will pay a visit to the mausoleum of Sadi.
Day 8
Early in the morning, we depart for Isfahan and enjoy the beautiful landscapes through the way.
Upon arrival to Isfahan, we check in the hotel and you have a free afternoon to take some walk in the city and explore it on your own.
Day 9
A full day city tour of Isfahan is planned for today to visit the main highlights of the city including Naghsh-e Jahan square and its surrounding monuments including Imam mosque, Sheykh Lotfollah mosque and Ali Qapou palace. Afterwards, we will visit Chehel Sotun palace.
Now it’s the time to have some free time to enjoy the atmosphere in Bazaar.
Day 10
After a morning visit to Vank cathedral and Armenian corner, we depart for Tehran.
After arriving in Tehran, we will check in the hotel and take a little rest to get prepared for tomorrow’s tour.
Day 11
A full day city tour of Tehran could be a great plan for our last day of the tour and gives us the opportunity to visit the northern parts of Tehran to include the Pahlavi palaces of Niavaran and Sa’d Abad.
Afterwards, we will have a short walk in Darband mountainous area if you like to and some free time in Tajrish bazaar.
Day 12
You would be transferred to the airport to take flight back home.
